This knock box features a very heavy, thick rubber pad on the bottom to absorb shock, high quality 18/10 stainless, and no welds. This knock box is stamped out; the inside is perfectly smooth like the inside of a sauce pan.

Motta has worked with the Barista Association of Italy to develop their coffee related products; all espresso and coffee accessories have been tested and approved by Italian Baristas.
